Order Cancellation Rights
Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel Your Order anytime before the package is shipped/dispatched. Once shipped, the Order cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Return Window: You are entitled to request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods.

Conditions for Returns & Replacements
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure that:
Timeframe: The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Unused Condition: The Goods must be 100% brand new, unused, and never fitted/installed on any vehicle.
Original Packing: The Goods must be in their original packaging, including all inner packing materials, wiring harnesses, couplers, clips, mounting brackets, screws, and user manuals intact.
Unboxing Proof: In case of transit damage, missing parts, or incorrect product delivery, a clear, uncut unboxing video and high-resolution photos are mandatory.
Strictly Non-Returnable Items:
Any product that shows signs of attempted installation, fitting marks, scratches, drill holes, or modified wires.
Products where double-sided adhesive tape (3M/acrylic tape) has been peeled, applied, or damaged.
Electrical or electronic items damaged due to improper installation, wrong wiring, or voltage fluctuations.
Customized or special vehicle-specific custom-made orders.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
Returning Goods, Reverse Pickup & Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Sent by Us: If You received a damaged or incorrect product from our side, Speed 99~RPM will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse the return courier charges upon verification.
Customer Change of Mind / Incorrect Choice / No Reason:
Self-Ship: If You wish to return the product yourself, You will be responsible for the cost and risk of safely shipping the product back to Us.
Reverse Pickup by Us: If reverse pickup service is available at your pin code and arranged by Speed 99~RPM upon request, applicable return courier charges will be borne by the customer (this amount will be deducted from your final refund amount or collected prior to pickup).

Inspection and Refunds
Once your returned item is delivered to our facility, our team will inspect it within 2 business days to verify its condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (minus any reverse pickup charges, if applicable) within 5 to 7 business days.
If the return is rejected due to violation of return terms (e.g., used/damaged item, peeled tapes, missing parts), the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
