• All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price displayed at the time of purchase will remain valid for that transaction.
• All prices mentioned are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateway.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or invalid details are suspected.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM (IST) are dispatched the same day.
• All orders come with Pan India Express Free Shipping, delivered within 3–5 working days.
• Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
• Delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Products are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
• To initiate a replacement, contact our support team with order ID, photos, and proof of issue.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
• Products must be returned unused and in original packaging for replacement/refund eligibility.

6. Warranty

• All products from Speed 99~RPM come with a 1 To 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover wear & tear, improper use, or damage caused by accidents.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, product images, logos, and text displayed on this website are the property of Sariya Enterprises.
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sariya Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or website usage.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kamareddy, India.
