1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Wallet Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for selected pin codes only
2. Payment Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except for COD).
- In case of payment failure, please retry or contact your bank/payment provider.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
- COD is available for selected locations and order values.
- Customers must provide accurate contact details and be available at the delivery address.
- Repeated COD order cancellations may result in the suspension of COD facility for the customer.
4. Payment Security
- All online transactions are processed via secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
5. Refunds for Payments
- Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI/Bank Transfer.
