- Orders are processed within 0-1 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time

- We will assist in resolving courier delays but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, report it within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos.
